  1. Agreement to Terms

    By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

  2. Changes to Terms and Services

    We may update these Terms and our Services at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Services means you accept the changes.

  3. Eligibility

    By agreeing with the Storybot policy, you represent that you are thirteen (13) years of age or older. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to the Storybot policy. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure.

  4. Feedback

    By providing feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation.

  5. Subscriptions

    We share user information with third parties who assist us in providing our services, such as payment processors and analytics providers. We do not sell user information to third parties.

    • General: You authorise us to charge your payment method for subscriptions. Payments are non-refundable and in Australian Dollars.
    • Recurring Payments: Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges until cancellation.
    • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime; your account remains accessible until the end of then subscribed period. Refunds for add-ons or upgrades are not available.

  6. User Content

    You retain ownership of your content but grant us rights to use it for providing our Services. You are responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. You can delete your content, but copies may remain in our system.

  7. Prohibited Conduct

    You agree not to misuse our Services, including not posting harmful content, infringing on intellectual property rights, or engaging in illegal activities. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  8. Copyright Policy

    We respect copyright laws and will terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

  9. Links to Third-Party Websites

    We are not responsible for third-party content accessible through our Services.

  10. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice. You can cancel your account by contacting us. Upon termination, certain provisions will survive.

  11. Data Security

    We implement security measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  12. Dispute Resolution

    Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under Australian law, with exceptions for small claims and intellectual property claims. Arbitration will be conducted by ACICA.

  13. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes not subject to arbitration will be resolved in New South Wales courts.
